Magdalene

Today holds significance for me, not only is it my birthday, it is also Magdalena's Feast Day. Mary Magdalene holds high significance in my life. As a figure of the Divine Feminine rising, exonerated, and now honored when for thousands of years she was labeled as a prostitute and scorned for such. Her identity given to her by the distortion of the patriarchy. As an Ascended Master and Yeshua's twin and consort. She is the Embodied Feminine Christ. We say little of her importance and have said little for thousands of years, but now she is honored as a saint, and for us who study her teachings, know the truth of her path and the life she lived.

She teaches me gently unconditional love and compassion, embodied sacred sexuality, and through the path of the rose, she invites me to continue to honor the layers of my own story and the honoring of who I am today.

One could label me many things. I have a past. As most of us do. However, through my own continual spiral path of ever unfolding, I continue to shed all those false notions of the muddied identity, to come back into the core of my sacred heart.

I am, love. Pure and simple. And Mary Magdalene teaches me this profound but simple teaching. Today I honor her, and I honor myself as an embodiment of her frequency that I am dedicated to continuing to hold and live by, and love by.
