Womb | Hara Breathwork
What is breathwork?
“An experiential practice and self-healing modality that uses conscious, connected breathing to access expanded states of consciousness, while simultaneously unlocking repressed emotions and clearing stagnant energy from the mind, body, and spirit”
:Sacred Breath Acadamy:
By changing the rate, volume, and flow of the respiratory cycle, there can be experiential and perceptual shifts in consciousness, spiritual awareness, cognition, and self-identity.
When applied therapeutically, the shifts experienced in Conscious breathing correlate to a deeper sense of inner connection, somatic intelligence, emotional empowerment and psycho-spiritual integration.
Breathwork for Womb|Hara Healing
The breath is life. To bring the breath deep into the Womb|Hara, is to breathe life back into the Womb|Hara space. Our intentional awareness and movement of our consciousness to our Womb|Hara catalyzes profound shifts within this space and within our lives.
Our Womb|Hara knows EXACTLY what to do to heal. We utilize the breath as a tool to assist this process and bring about psycho-somatic-spiritual healing.
Womb|Hara Breathwork Ceremony
Utilizing the Sacred Breath Method, Cherezade Aanya will guide you through diaphragmatic breaths into the Womb|Hara. The focus of our breath practice is to activate our Womb|Hara Energy and connect this to our heart center allowing this Womb-Heart connection to then radiate and extend through the entire body (lightbody).
Cherezade Aanya offers 1:1 Womb|Hara Breathwork Immersion sessions along with facilitating small group ceremonies. For All Genders

Womb|Hara Breathwork Ceremony
In this 3 hour ceremony, we will begin by opening sacred space and setting intentions for our ceremony. Cherezade will teach you the Womb|Hara Breathwork sequence and answer any questions you may have. She will then guide you through a Womb|Hara meditation to begin to connect in deeper with your womb\hara as we begin to open into the breathwork ceremony space.
Cherezade will then weave energy work and sound healing tools to assist you in your process during the 1-hour continuous circular breathwork sequence.
The final 30 minutes of the breath will be in Savasana (complete rest) where you will allow your body, mind and soul to integrate the entire experience.
Our time together culminates with a space being created for sharing and processing as you continue to integrate the ceremony. Allowing for breakthroughs, insights, revelations and releases to be witnessed and honored in this Sacred Healing Space. Light refreshments provided
The breath is a powerful force to increase light within the body and allow for deep somatic release.
It is encouraged in our ceremonies for you to move and vocalize as you feel called. The may look like screaming, yelling, crying, orgasmic/pleasure sounds, ect.
A powerful portal exists within the Womb|Hara and throat. To verbally express freely can be a powerful way to move stagnant energy and trauma out of the body. One may also feel called to move during ceremony by either shaking, undulating, kicking, ect.
ALL IS WELCOME HERE
It is the utmost importance for you to be able to move and speak freely to allow for any frozen aspects of the body and energy body to release.
This is a trauma informed space
