In this 1-hour Integration session I offer my support to assist you in moving through anything that may have arose in our deeper clearing sessions. As a previous Mental Health Therapist, I may utilize various psychotherapeutic techniques, or offer additional meditation or embodiment practices to assist your grounding and anchoring of what has arisen. Most importantly I am here for you to process and to offer my heart as a means for continuing to be witnessed in this deep beautiful work you have begun.
