Our lives are comprised of a series of choice points. We get to choose with our sovereign free will in each and every moment which timeline we are choosing to align with, who we are choosing to be, and what kind of life we truly want to live. The caveat we eventually awaken to is that the choices we had been making have been largely influenced by the programming and traumas of our early childhood, lineage and the collective.

This work requires each of us to deconstruct the false programming and beliefs that have permeated our lives and have left us accessing our power and autonomy outside of ourselves, instead of resourcing it deep within.
